📙 In this issue, Cammi Climaco writes on Sharif Farrag: Hybrid Moments at Jeffrey Deitch, examining the artist’s energetic fusion of cultural identity, fantasy, and personal mythology. Anne-Brit Soma Reienes and Per Ditlef Fredriksen contribute with The Temporality of Creative Thinging, a philosophical exploration of movement and clay. Nancy M. Servis reflects on legacy, education, and collecting in her piece about the 80th Scripps College Ceramic Annual. Rita Mikučionytė surveys curatorial narratives at the 8th Vilnius Ceramic Art Biennial, while Tontouristen Kollektiv explores the complex realities behind clay extraction and the narratives embedded in place and material.
